Set up on April 25th @ 2:50pm–4 volunteers (no clearance needed)
Breakdown is on April 30th @ 12pm –2  volunteers (clearance needed)
Salespersons  x2  volunteers (see dates below)
When:  April 26th 8am to 3:30pm (clearance needed)

April 27th 8am to 3:30pm (clearance needed)

April 29th 8:30am to 2pm (no clearance needed)

Buddy families/Class Moms:   Volunteer hours as a buddy family/class mom meet volunteer hour requirements.  Clearance needed.

Buddy families/Class Moms are welcoming partners and communicators to families that are new to the school; provide another resource to find information; and provide new families a sense of belonging in our school community.

 

Weekly Volunteer Opportunities:  Record hours with Mrs. Stacey Jackson

Lunch preparation:  M-F, 10:00am – 12:30pm, Seton Hall kitchen, Clearance needed

Bingo:  Tuesdays at 5:30pm – 10:00pm, Seton Hall, No clearance needed

Car rider drop off and pick up:  Provide assistance to faculty during drop off @ 7:30am and pick up @ 2:45pm, No clearance needed

St. Elizabeth Ann Seton PTO happenings and Events

                                        For Our Kids

  1. The Heifer project for Uganda.
  2. Knight’s mugs for sale!  Funds go to the school.
  3. Box tops!  The money we raise from the box tops will go to our teachers.
  4. April 21, Starry Knight dance.  Invitations have been sent out.   A decorations list will be provided on line, if you would like to donate to this event.
  5. April 21, 9am re-mulch and recess the school’s   playground.
  6. April26-27, 29-30 spring Book fair.
  7. May 7-11 Teacher Appreciation.  We would like the students to have either opportunity to show their appreciation for our teachers.  This week’s event will be:

Monday Apple Day -Students can bring apples or apple products, pictures, etc. to their teachers

Tuesday Rhyme and Song Day- Students can answer their teachers in rhyme or songs.  Students can write or sing to their teachers.

Wednesday – We would like to provide breakfast meals and coffee to all of our teachers.  Students, it is Hug Your Teacher Day!

Thursday- Students write stories and/or draw pictures to your teachers.  Remind them of a funny thing that happened or just tell them how much they mean to you.

Friday -We will provide lunch for the staff.

  1. Photos will be able to be purchased soon online.  Parents have the option of buying a photo or a several photos to be put into a photo book.  Funds will go to the school.
  2. May 17 final PTO meeting.  There will be a uniform swap!
  3. If you have an old computers, flat panels, I pads, or any other electronics to donate to the school’s technology department, please contact the school.
  4.  Buddy families needed for next year.  Help welcome our new families.
