Kids Nite Out

Donations are much appreciated.  Donations worth $20 count as one volunteer hour .

Spring Book Fair

Volunteer Opportunities:

Set up is on April 25th @ 2:50pm–4 volunteers (no clearance needed)

Breakdown is on April 30th @ 12pm –2  volunteers (clearance needed)

Salespersons  x2  volunteers (see dates below)

When:  April 26th 8am to 3:30pm (clearance needed)

April 27th 8am to 3:30pm (clearance needed)

April 29th 8:30am to 2pm (no clearance needed)

April 30th 8am to 12pm (clearance needed)

PTO meetings

Buddy families/Class Moms

Volunteer hours as a buddy family/class mom meet volunteer hour requirements.  Clearance needed.

 

Buddy families/Class Moms are welcoming partners and communicators to families that are new to the school; provide another resource to find information; and provide new families a sense of belonging in our school community.

 

Weekly Volunteer Opportunities:

Record hours with Mrs. Stacey Jackson

 

Lunch preparation:  M-F, 10:00am – 12:30pm, Seton Hall kitchen, Clearance needed

 

Bingo:  Tuesdays at 5:30pm – 10:00pm, Seton Hall, No clearance needed

Car rider drop off and pick up:  Provide assistance to faculty during drop off @

7:30am and pick up @ 2:45pm, No clearance needed
