If traveling on I-95 take exit 289

Begin traveling North East on Palm Coast Pkwy

Turn left onto Cypress Point Pkwy

Turn left onto Belle Terre Pkwy

Take first left into the parking lot of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church and School.
