St. Elizabeth Ann Seton School is in the Diocese of St. Augustine. A Pre-School was established in 1991 for 3 and 4 year old children of the Parish and community.

The elementary school was established in August 1997, the school currently enrolls students Pre-K3 through the 8th Grade.

St. Elizabeth Ann Seton School is recognized by the Florida Catholic Conference and the Catholic Community of Schools of the Diocese of St. Augustine.

St. Elizabeth Ann Seton School is affiliated with the National Catholic Educational Association and the Florida Association of Academic Non-Public Schools.

St. Elizabeth Ann Seton School is accredited by the Florida Catholic Conference.
