Please look at the lists of fundraising activities/events we will need help with this year. Please check off those that you would like to help with.

We will be in contact with you to arrange for specific times, dates, and tasks/responsibilities, as events get closer. Check as many as apply.

  • Trunk Trick-or-Treating- October 31, 2008
  • Christmas Shop- Dec 5
  • Book Fair (Spring-TBA)
    • Need people to help setup and breakdown materials as well as cashiers and student helpers
  • Donuts with Dads(or another important male figure!) (Moms to help)- Mar 27
  • Middle School Dances Aug 22/May 8
    • Dance committee ( Meet to plan and coordinate the events)
    • Chaperone at the dance(s)
  • Historian
    • Gather information/pictures for newspaper; email it to the paper on a timely and regular basis
  • Muffins with Mom (Fathers to help) –May 8
  • Granola with Gran (Need parents to help) Sept 5
  • Loyalty Ambassador (Target, Boxtops, Campbell ’s labels, Ink cartridges,Amazon.com etc.etc.)
    • Need a person to coordinate these programs.
    • Need volunteers to cut, count etc, etc.
  • Pie/Cake Sale Delivery -Nov 21/Apr. 3
  • Walk-A-Thon—Apr 30
  • Candy Sale Distribution-Aug. 29
  • 8 th Grade Dinner-May 15 -No 8 th Grade parents need apply! J
  • GALA-Nov. 8-
  • ART AUCTION-Feb. 21
